Shipping Information:
All pricing includes FREE GROUND SHIPPING in the Continental United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii you will have to call or email us to receive a shipping quote. Most orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days after we receive your order. We do our best to insure that all products are in-stock, however occasionally we out sell our inventory. When this happens we will immediately contact you and let you know when you might expect your order. We will email you the tracking information provided you supplied us with a valid email address. Since we are located in the state of Oregon where there is no sales tax we do not charge sales tax to anyone.
Canada is the only country we ship internationally to at this time. However we are not able to ship Plantronics headsets or amplifiers to Canada because of Canadian government regulations. This applies to all Plantronics distributors, dealers and vendors in the US and is not specifically directed at Ergonomic Business Solutions, Inc. We can ship all other product lines to Canada.
