Refunds and Returns Procedures

 

Here is our return and refund policy.
The customer must call or email Ergonomic Business Solutions, Inc within 15 days from the invoice date and ask for an RMA number.  This number must appear on the shipping label of the shipping carton being returned.
When requesting an RMA number, the customer must provide the Ergonomic Business Solutions, Inc invoice and or sales transaction number.
For full credit less the original shipping charges the returned items must be in "New Product" condition, in the original packaging, clean, free of wear, markings scratches etc.  If returned in other than "New Product" condition a restocking fee of 20% will be accessed, in addition to the original shipping charges.  Approved returns must be shipped "Freight Prepaid" by the customer and received by Ergonomic Business Solutions, Inc within 15 days from the date the RMA is given.
